Noblesse Oblige

Cast no aspersions upon this dreadnought and its bourgeois captain (of industry). This is not an example of fancy parking gone wrong. It is not conspicuous consumption of parking spaces.
Mercedes S550
No, this is an example to be lauded. The Benz did not take 4 spots off line. No, this is an act of charity, and, dare I say, humility. By encroaching on the adjoining three spaces, this patron allowed only the littlest of little people to come close and bask in its glory.
Not TOO close, little Aveo. Know your place.
We should celebrate the egalitarian gesture, not mock the inability to color park within the lines.

Rolls-Royce Corniche: There Are Worse Handicaps

than driving a Rolls. We like that it is not black, silver or white. Brown though? Tasteful and inoffensive* is one description. It's certainly not garish, but neither is oatmeal.
Rolls-Royce Corniche
But a hardtop coupe?  Those are for commoners and their mere Lincolns and Benzes. Spend the extra 10% and let the rarified air in. Come on, old man! Are you a CEO, or a mere CFO? Live a little with those stock options! Save all this being thrifty in your extravagance for when you're spending the proceeds from your golden parachute!
Rolls-Royce Corniche

* at least as inoffensive as driving a house-priced car past the poors could ever be

I feel for you

...and your broken minivan SUV ugly blob mirror.
Buick Rendezvous
I feel your pain. Evidently, it's a thing. Two binder clips and some duct tape aren't going to be quite enough of a driveway repair for you though.

Lincoln Continental Mark V: The Luckiest High Schooler

in the Class of 2015: the computer nerd-looking guy rolling in this Lincoln. My dad said back in the day that we could have had one. The only problem is that it would be a shared car for two wage earners and three kids with licenses. Also, while technically a 6 seater, it was more of a 2+4. Not a great fit (pardon the pun).

We're Back

we're still on Kiss My Asphalt but well be here too.
Merkur XR4ti
Sierra, by any other name.
Hookers and Squirrels Cars and Coffee was overheated and lame today, so here's a Merkur XR4ti from a time or two ago.
